Ingredients

2 tablespoons mustard

1 hot dog bun

1 to 2 slices Swiss cheese

1 Polish hot dog, steamed

3 ounces sliced premium pastrami

1/4 cup sauerkraut

Directions

  1. Spread mustard onto a warm, soft hot dog bun. Add cheese, hot dog, pastrami and top with sauerkraut.

This had good flavor but next time i will put the dogs in the broiler for a few so that the cheese gets all melty.
