Ingredients
1 bottle prosecco, very cold
4 ounces lemon flavored vodka, very cold
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Lemon sorbet
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- Whisk the prosecco, vodka and mint in a pitcher.
- Place a small scoop of sorbet in each chilled champagne flute and top with the prosecco mixture. Garnish with mint sprigs.
