Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

Directions

  1. Whisk 1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 1 tablespoon each soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and 2 teaspoons wasabi paste in a bowl until smooth. Serve with cooked shrimp.

For what this info is of use...<br />Living in Silicon Valley, CA...this sauce recipe has been a terrific hit. San Francisco Bay area, thousands of ethnic restaurants, etc...then retail bottled products in grocery stores, THIS sauce is a superioir attention getter.
