Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
As needed Buffalo wing sauce
18 oz. bag Mission® Brown Bag White Tortilla Strips
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
12 oz. Chicken, white-meat, cooked, shredded
3/4 cup Ranch dressing
Celery sticks and/or baguette slices
Directions
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 2. Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1 quart baking dish. Layer with chicken, wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then blue cheese crumbles. Drizzle with additional wing sauce. 3. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm with Mission® Tortilla Strips.
