This recipe has a great flavor but the portions are WAY OFF! Just reading this I could tell that it was way too much milk & flour for 12 jumbo shrimp. I cut milk down to 1 cup, eggs to 1, and used 1/2 C flour and 1/2 C corn meal. I still ended up throwing away a bunch of milk and a bunch of the flour mixture. For 12 shrimp, you need a total of 1/2 C buttermilk with one egg. Dip in a mixture of 1/3 C flour, 1/3 C corn meal. This will yield MORE THAN YOU NEED!
