Caramelized Pears

Ingredients

2 Bartlett pears, julienned

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

I teaspoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon brown sugar

3 teaspoons bourbon

Directions

  1. Peel, core and julienne pears. Saute over medium heat in butter and sugars. Add bourbon and saute until pears are caramelized. Serve with lamb lollipops.

Liked it as a basic, i would definitely do more butter, sugar, and bourbon (brandy works well if you don't have bourbon)
