I have been making this recipe for fondue for years. I had tried many fondue recipes BEFORE this one but after trying Wolfgang's recipe, I knew I had found the best. It's delicious and easy. I serve it with blanched cauliflower, blanched broccoli and big chunks of rustic bread. Delicious, and perfect for a cold weather treat. Guests always rave about it. 5 stars!
