Ingredients

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/8 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

8 oz. mini chocolate chips

8 oz mercants chocolate (or Nestles milk chocolate baking discs)

8 oz. of white chocolate

1/2 cup toffee bits

Directions

  1. To prepare: Mix first seven ingredients and roll into balls. Place on lined cookie sheet and chill 30 minutes.
  2. Melt a bowl of chocolate and in another bowl melt the white chocolate. Dip cookie dough balls into white chocolate. Let harden on cookie sheet. Then dip into regular chocolate and sprinkle with toffee bits, if desired. I usually take any leftover chocolate and drizzle it over balls.
