Cierra's Viva Mexico Dinner Quesadillas

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
8 large flour tortillas
1 cup salsa
2 cups grated cheese, a combination of Monterey Jack and cheddar is nice
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Directions
- Spray 2 cookie sheets with a nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas on each sheet. Divide salsa, cheese and olives among 4 tortillas. Take the remaining 4 tortillas and place on top of the prepared tortillas. Gently press down. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and cut each quesadilla into 6 pieces.
