Ingredients

1/4 cup light buttermilk

2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped

1 pound oven-roasted turkey breast from deli, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

3 ribs celery, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, diced

3 slices multi-grain bread, toasted

2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges

Directions

  1. Whisk the buttermilk, light mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine the lettuce, turkey, bacon, celery, and onions in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing, and season to taste. Cut each toast slice into 4 even triangles. Divide the salad among 4 plates, serve with the tomato wedges and toast triangles.

Improvised slightly on the dressing since I didn't have the recipe right in front of me and added hard-boiled egg..delicious!
