Ingredients
One 28-ounce bag frozen waffle-cut fries
1/4 cup half-and-half
8 ounces processed cheese product
2 cups shredded romaine
4 slices cooked thick-cut bacon, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 grilled chicken breast, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Cook the fries according to the instructions on the package.
- In a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat the half-and-half until hot. Add the cheese and heat, stirring, until completely melted. Add the cooked fries and toss to coat.
- Arrange the lettuce, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, chicken, avocado, tomatoes and blue cheese in rows on top of the fries to resemble a Cobb salad.
