Chopt-Inspired Cobb Wrap
We raised the stakes of a classic Cobb salad wrap by including traditional fillings — crisp greens, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, chicken and tomatoes — but added Food Network’s Chopped x Chopt Cacio e Pepe dressing. The dressing is perfectly creamy and peppery, making it ideal for binding the freshly chopped salad stuffed into this mouthwatering wrap. We also swapped out Cobb’s traditional blue cheese for homemade Parmesan crisps for extra crunch that plays up the dressing’s Italian accent. Everything comes together for a hearty and refreshing wrap that's great for lunch or dinner.
Cobb Salad Subs
We layered the flavors of a classic Cobb salad into hoagie rolls for a portable, hearty sandwich that’s as colorful as it is delicious. To simplify the preparation, we eliminated the step of boiling and peeling whole eggs. Instead, we crack the eggs into a baking dish and bake them gently in the oven until perfectly cooked. Just cool and chop and they’re ready, no wrestling with shells required. And while there’s a lot of flavor in these subs without it, blue cheese fans can add a few crumbles to the sandwiches for the full Cobb experience.
Spring Cobb Salad
We all know that I love a big salad, and this is about as big as it gets. I drew inspiration from a classic Cobb, but reimagined with spring vegetables and substituting salmon for the usual chicken. Some things must remain the same though, like blue cheese and bacon — those aren't going anywhere.
