Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 cucumber, halved, seeded and thinly sliced
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
Chopped fresh dill
Salt, to taste
Directions
- Toss all ingredients together. Served chilled before the main dish.
