White Summer Sangria

Ingredients

2/3 cup lightly packed mint leaves

6 tablespoons honey 

1 cup white rum, cold 

1 pound raspberries 

2 limes, cut into wheels 

2 medium peaches, sliced 

1/2 cantaloupe, diced or balled 

2 bottles pinot grigio or chardonnay, chilled 

Directions

  1. Muddle the mint, honey and rum together in a large pitcher until well combined. Add the raspberries, lime wheels, peaches, cantaloupe and wine; stir well. Pour into glasses over ice, and enjoy, especially if it's a hot day!

Awesome recipe for a non traditional sangria! Perfect for any summer occasion. Only thing different I did was I added a few splashes of raspberry flavored sparkling water to top it off. Definitely will make again!
