Easy Tortilla Pizza

Ready in less than 10 minutes, think of these as crunchy open-faced quesadillas. Though corn tortillas make for a great base, flour tortillas will also do the job!

Ingredients

2 tortillas, store bought

Salsa

Monterey jack cheese, grated

Red pepper, diced

Canned green chiles

Black olives, sliced

Directions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons salsa over one side of tortilla. Top with cheese, red pepper, chiles and olives. Broil until cheese begins to bubble. Serve hot.

Didn't feel like goin to the store. Made a great meal with what I had in the fridge. Onions, fresh tomato. Dollop of sour cream of top. Yummo
