Ingredients

1 ripe banana, quartered and frozen

1/2 cup nonfat milk

1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1 1/2 tablespoons creamy, natural, peanut butter

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

It was pretty good at first but it was a little bland so I added 1/2 tablespoon more of peanut butter, 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder and a spoonful of cocoa powder and it was delicious.
