Ingredients

1 pint vanilla ice cream

2 pints root beer

Directions

  1. Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each of 4 tall footed fountain or parfait glasses. Slowly pour root beer over the ice cream and serve immediately with a long handled spoon and straw.
