Ingredients
12 ounces Penne, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces
6 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
