Buffalo Turkey Dip

Leftover turkey gets the Buffalo treatment in a creamy dip that's perfect for post-Thanksgiving snacking.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

3/4 cup hot sauce, such as Frank's

1/2 cup sour cream

3 cups diced skinless cooked turkey

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 scallions, finely chopped

Celery and carrot sticks, crackers and bread, for serving 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the cream cheese, hot sauce and sour cream in a large bowl until well combined. Fold in the turkey. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the blue cheese and scallions. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, crackers and bread for dipping.

Super easy recipe! All of my friends request this dip. If I don’t have turkey, I buy a rotisserie chicken and shred it to use instead, which is a big crowd pleaser.
