This was a huge hit - perfect for any movie nights with lots of people.  After mixing everything together, I pressed them into large flat tupperwares (11x8, 1 gal sized).  After letting it cooldown, I up-turned them on cutting boards, then cut them into even cubes.  I rolled each one into a ball.  I put the cinnamon sugar (i added some cayenne) mixture into large tupperware, added a few balls and shook it hard.  I put any left over mixture in with the stored balls so I could give them a last shake before handing them out.  A lot less guessing and a lot less mess.
