Corn with Barbecue Butter

Ingredients

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 small clove garlic

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon ancho chile powder

Kosher salt

4 ears of corn, grilled

Directions

  1. Combine the butter, garlic, barbecue sauce and chile powder in a food processor. Season with salt and puree until smooth.
  2. Spread the barbecue butter on the grilled corn. Season with salt.
