Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl. Whisk in 2 tablespoons water and a couple turns of freshly ground black pepper until blended.
