Oh my goodness...this is fantastic! I didn't use pecorino but substituted 1/2 cup Kraft parmesan cheese...the real fine stuff in the green can. We used ranch dressing for a dip. I will be making it again tonight. I had to babysit it while cooking so that I didn't burn it, but boy...was it ever worth it. Nice and golden brown and crispy! I have several fried zucchini recipes for baked, fried, air fried...this is THE BEST.
