Ingredients
4 cups mini pretzel twists
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚ F. Combine the pretzel twists, melted butter, garlic powder and grated garlic in a large bowl. Toss well.
- Spread the pretzels on a baking sheet. Bake until lightly toasted but not dry, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with the Parmesan and parsley and toss.
