Ingredients
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon chocolate malt powder
2 tablespoons milk
Iced coffee
Directions
- Combine the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate malt powder in a tall glass or liquid measuring cup. Whip with a milk frother until thick and fluffy, about 1 minute. Fold in the milk to thin the mixture slightly. Dollop on top of iced coffee.
