Iced Coffee with Chocolate Cold Foam

Cold foam is the ultimate way to elevate your summer iced coffee, and it’s a lot easier to prepare than you’d think. You can also flavor it however you like. Omit the cocoa powder and experiment with vanilla, mint or almond extracts.

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream

4 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon chocolate malt powder

2 tablespoons milk

Iced coffee

Directions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate malt powder in a tall glass or liquid measuring cup. Whip with a milk frother until thick and fluffy, about 1 minute. Fold in the milk to thin the mixture slightly. Dollop on top of iced coffee.
