Ingredients
4 tablespoons date syrup, plus more for serving
2 teaspoons rosewater
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 tablespoon raisins
Grape molasses or honey, for serving (optional)
Directions
- Divide the date syrup and rosewater between 2 glasses. Add the desired amount of ice then fill the glasses with water. Stir well until the water and syrup are incorporated. Top with pine nuts and raisins. Taste and add more date syrup, grape molasses or honey if you’d like the drink to be sweeter. Serve immediately.
