Directions

  1. Toss 1 cup each diced mango and black beans with 1/4 cup diced red onion. Add 2 tablespoons each chopped pickled jalapenos and the liquid from the jar, chopped cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt. Serve in tortilla scoops.

it's exactly the snack i was looking for. its very filling, so you don't have to make a ton to get a decent snack and very simple to make : i didn't use the jalapenos or its juices but it still turned out nice.
