Directions
- Cut 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss with 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, a few thyme sprigs, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Transfer to a small jar, cover and marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.
