Matzo Nachos

Directions
- Break 10 ounces matzo into chip-size pieces. Toss with 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F until toasted, 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar and return to the oven to melt. Top with sour cream, diced avocado, sliced radishes, pickled jalapeño and red onion, and chopped fresh cilantro.
