Ingredients
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
6 cloves garlic
1 anchovy fillet
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Special equipment:
a NutriBullet® blender- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan, garlic and anchovy to a NutriBullet® short cup (18 ounces). Pour over the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire and 1 tablespoon water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Attach the extractor blade and blend until just combined. Do not overmix.
