Ingredients

4 scallions (white and green parts), sliced

1 cup sour cream

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Put the scallions, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a blender and pulse until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes before serving.

I quartered this recipe because I live alone and needed a use for sour cream. I liked this spread on Rye Crisp crackers.....garlic is GOOD for the body!
