Strawberry Tequila Fizz-Arita

Directions

  1. Muddle 3 chopped strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 egg white, 1 1/2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce Lillet Rose, 3/4 ounce each lemon juice and simple syrup and 2 dashes orange bitters; shake 30 seconds. Add ice and shake 30 more seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
