Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard

2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Low-Sodium Recipe
  2. 1. Coat chicken breasts with Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend.
  3. 2. Heat olive oil in medium skillet.
  4. 3. Cook chicken until done; remove chicken and set aside.
  5. 4. Add mustard and lemon juice to remaining spices in skillet. Heat 1 minute to blend flavors, spoon sauce over chicken.
