- Pour vodka over a couple of ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Add ginger beer, garnish with a cherry, and serve.

Spicy ginger beer brings gingerbread flavor to this simple, refreshing cocktail. Try different garnishes in each glass: a maraschino cherry, a mint leaf, lemon or orange peels, or even a slice of fresh ginger.
