Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients

2 zucchini, cut lengthwise

3 tablespoons olive oil

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Toss zucchini with oil, salt and pepper, and grill.

<div>UGH! you cut it into planks about 3/8 " thick. place paper towel on counter then heavily salt lay planks in salt then heavily top with salt. allow planks to sit for 5-10 minutes as salt draws out moisture then rinse off salt .  sprinkle with garlic or onion powder... let sit for another 5 minutes to absorb flavor, then add few drops of olive oil and grill about 3-4 minutes per side...</div>
