Ingredients
2 ounces lemon-flavored rum (recommended: Bacardi Limon)
1/4-ounce sweet blue liqueur (recommended: Blue Curacao)
1/4-ounce sweet and sour mix
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces grapefruit juice
Shaved ice
Cherries, for garnish
Directions
- Add all liquid ingredients to a martini shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass over a scoop of shaved ice. Serve with a cherry, for garnish, and a spoon.
