Ingredients
2 ounces dry vermouth (recommended: Martini and Rossi Bianco or Neolly Prat dry)
1/8 ounce aceto balsamico (premium balsamic vinegar)
Ginger ale (recommended: Fever Tree)
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Directions
- In a high ball glass add ice, vermouth, balsamico, and top with ginger ale. Stir to combine and garnish with a lemon wheel on the side of the glass.
