Ingredients
8 ounces dried red jalapeno chiles
4 ounces piquin chiles
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 cup white vinegar
Salt and pepper
Serving suggestions: tortillas, marinated fish, meat, poultry, or any of your favorite foods
Directions
- Using a blender or pestle and mortar, combine all of the ingredients and blend well. The mixture should become like a paste. Once it is well mixed, place in a container and serve whenever you feel like having something spicy.
