Ingredients
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup fresh blackberries, chilled
1/2 cup fresh red raspberries, chilled
1/2 cup super-premium vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup honey
4 medium strawberries, sliced & chilled
2 cups ice cubes (small ones work best)
Directions
- Place the apple juice, blackberries, raspberries, ice cream, strawberries, and ice in the blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into 2 tall frosted glasses. Enjoy on an outdoor patio.
