Such a good recipe for grown up chocolate... This is the way hot chocolate used to be made in my family when I was a little kid, and it resembles nothing you've ever tried before. In Rome, where I come from, it's called "lo squaglio" - the melting - how appropriate! A cappuccino-size mug suffices most. Cointreau or Grand Marnier are also excellent liqueurs.
