Ingredients

16 ounces light brown sugar

8 ounces Spanish paprika

4 ounces onion powder

3 ounces salt

2 ounces ground cumin

2 ounces garlic powder

2 ounces cayenne powder

2 ounces black pepper

4 ounces roasted garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

My go to rub for pork ribs, but would be good on anything. marinate overnight and grill... no need for sauce!
