Ingredients

6 tablespoons creme de cassis liqueur

3/4 cup chilled water (recommended: Evian)

Directions

  1. Fill 3 glasses with ice cubes. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons crème de cassis in each glass and add water.

This is a delightful drink.  I enjoy sipping it while I'm making dinner during the summer -- so refreshing!  Based on some of the comments I will definitely try a squeeze of lemon, and maybe Pellegrino instead of water... but I'm enjoying plain water -- it feels less like a cocktail, more like a refreshment.
