Radishes with Butter and Salt

Ingredients

2 bunches of radishes with the tops intact

Sea salt

Good salted butter

1 French baguette, sliced diagonally, and lightly toasted

Directions

  1. Arrange the radishes on a bed of sea salt. Spread the butter on slices of toasted bread and arrange artfully on a platter. Serve at room temperature.

We used to eat this simple snack when we were on camping trips when I was a kid and I still love it as an adult. You don't really need a recipe for it, but it sure is tasty.
