Ingredients
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell peppers, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
Bunch parsley, leaves chopped
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and parsley in large salad bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Whisk until blended. Pour vinaigrette into salad bowl and toss.
