Ingredients
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 ounces gold rum
1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup
1/4 ounce orgeat (almond syrup)
1/4 ounce orange juice
Purple, green and gold sanding sugar, for sprinkling
Directions
- Combine the ice cream, rum, cinnamon syrup, orgeat and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the drink into a short glass. Sprinkle with the sanding sugar.
