Ingredients
3 ounces gelato (we recommend vanilla, straciatella, or hazelnut)
1 ounce freshly made espresso (we like Lavazza Qualita Rossa or Crema E Gusto)
Directions
- Scoop the gelato into a small bowl or cup. Pour freshly made espresso over it. Enjoy.

Make your espresso in a simple stove top espresso maker right before pouring it over your scoop of gelato.
