Li Hing Margarita

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces tequila (recommended: Coaps Reposado)

1/2-ounce orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)

1-ounce lime juice

1 1/2 ounces sweet and sour mix

1/2-ounce mango puree

2 teaspoons li hing mui powder

Directions

  1. Fill a blender with ice, add all the ingredients, except the powder, and blend. Rim a glass with li hing mui powder and serve immediately.

@acko: Li Hing Powder is a salty/sour/tangy powder that is used in many Asian and Hawaiian snacks. It's readily available at most markets here on Oahu and you could probably find it at any Asian market in your neighborhood. If not just google it and I'm sure you can have it shipped! Hope this helps.
