Lime Coconut Yogurt

I love the hint of coconut flavor in this plant-based yogurt with an extra citrus kick of lime. Nothing else necessary! I think it is perfect spooned onto granola for an instant breakfast bowl.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups coconut milk yogurt  (12 ounces)

Zest of 1 lime plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Keep sealed in fridge for up to 5 days.
