Lobster Roll

Ingredients

2 (1-pound) lobsters

4 to 6 hot dog rolls

4 to 6 lettuce leaves

Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Cook the lobsters for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tail section reaches 175 degrees F. Pick meat from the claws, knuckles, and tails. Cut the meat into medium size chunks. Toast a hot dog roll on both sides. Add lettuce and lobster meat. Top with a dollop of mayonnaise.
