Ingredients
1 pound salt salmon, shredded
4 pounds ripe tomatoes, small dice
3/4 pound Maui onion, finely diced
5 ounces scallions, whites and greens, coarsely chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together by hand ('lomi lomi' means "to massage" in Hawaiian). Let cool in refrigerator.
